InvoiceNeat ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Data You Enter

All invoice, quote, pay stub, and receipt data is processed entirely in your browser. We do not send, store, or have access to any information you enter. Logos uploaded to the editor are converted to data URLs and saved to your browser's local storage — they never reach our servers.

Anonymous Web Analytics

We use StatCounter for invisible web analytics. StatCounter records:

• Page views and referrers
• Browser type and operating system
• Country-level geographic location (derived from IP)
• Anonymous session data

StatCounter does not access your invoice, quote, pay stub, or receipt contents — only standard web traffic metrics. See StatCounter's privacy policy for full details.

We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any retargeting trackers.

Local Storage

Our tools use your browser's local storage to save document data and preferences (default sender information, template choices, etc.). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it any time via your browser's site data settings.

Third-Party Services

• [StatCounter](https://statcounter.com) — Anonymous web analytics. Receives: IP, user agent, referrer, page URL. No invoice content.
• html2pdf.js (client-side library) — PDF generation. Runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent off-device.

Cookies

InvoiceNeat itself does not set any cookies. StatCounter may set a single cookie for anonymous visitor counting; you can block it in your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

• Know what data we process about you — answer: only the anonymous StatCounter analytics listed above
• Request deletion — answer: clear your browser's site data for invoiceneat.com; we have no server-side records to delete
• Object to processing — answer: block StatCounter via your browser; the site will continue to work

Because we do not maintain personal data in any server-side store, data subject access requests are largely satisfied by exercising browser-level control over your own device.

Children's Privacy

Our tools are available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
